2. Ensure Correct Information

During Purchase When purchasing, please make sure your name, email address, and WhatsApp contact number are correct. After the purchase, we will contact you via WhatsApp to make appointments for Dexa and doctor’s online consultation.

3. Fill Out the Nutritional Consultation Questionnaire

We will provide a personalized diet/exercise plan based on your individual nutritional needs.

4. Confirm Appointment Time

The clinic staff collaborating for the Dexa Scan will contact you by phone within 1-2 working days after purchase to schedule the date and time for the test (the appointment date must be within one year of the purchase date).

5. Attend Dexa scan
